Accessing and visiting the Website, registering an account on the Website and/or using the services of publishing ads on the Website for the sale, purchase or rental of goods or services (“Services”) means the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. At this moment, the scissorlift-forsale.co.uk website is under construction and it is possible that some functionalities will not be added.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you declare and guarantee that you are 18 years old and have full legal capacity or, in the case of a legal entity, you are a company registered and operating in accordance with the laws of UK, and your representatives are validly authorized to express your legal agreement regarding accessing, visiting or using in any other way the Website and/or the Services. scissorlift-forsale.co.uk reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not delete the account registered on the Website, it means that you have expressed your legal agreement regarding the modification of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, the only option you have is to delete the account registered on the Website or to stop accessing, visiting or using the Website in any way.
3. The intended purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define and regulate the conditions of use of the Website and the Services. The website contains links (“links”) or references to other websites/web pages for the use of which specific terms and conditions of use will apply, as specified on the respective websites/pages, scissorlift-forsale.co.uk not being responsible and not assuming any obligation for the content of the respective websites and/or with regard to any other links (“links”) or referrals from them to other websites or web pages. The inclusion of these links (“links”) or references in the Website is usually done for the help or in the interest of the User, and in other cases for advertising purposes. 4. General Aspects
An Announcement will be created by filling in a form, available on the Website, which will contain: the User’s contact details the real description of the Product that is the subject of the Advertisement the price of the Product that is the subject of the Advertisement By sending the Announcement for publication to the Supplier, the User declares that he fully and unconditionally agrees with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, being fully in agreement that, in case of non-compliance with them, he will be held responsible according to their provisions. The user assumes full responsibility for the content of the Announcement and for the veracity of the information published in the Announcement and/or communicated to the Provider. The validity of an Advertisement on the website is 30 days, with the possibility of extension at the end of this term.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Supplier
The Provider undertakes to publish all the Announcements sent by Users through the Website that comply with the provisions/conditions imposed by this document. The Supplier undertakes to remedy in the shortest possible time any reported malfunctions related to the operation of the Website or any inconsistencies between the data provided in the Announcement by the User and the data published on the Website by the Supplier, with the exception of those inconsistencies reported by Users who is due to the fact that the Operators of the Supplier have partially modified the Announcement so that it meets the conditions imposed by this document in order to be kept posted on the Website. The Provider does not offer any guarantee to the Users that the Website will be available uninterrupted, on time, secure or error-free. The Provider will not be responsible for the non-display of the Ads or the interruption of their display due to causes that exceed in any way its control, nor for the direct and/or indirect damages that the User could suffer from this cause. The supplier is not responsible for delays caused by technical defects occurring at the level of its collaborators and/or partners. The Provider cannot be held responsible for the activities of the Users, especially for the provision of erroneous content regarding the data of the Product or service that is the subject of the Announcement. The provider reserves the right to delete or partially modify an Advertisement if it is found that it violates the Terms and Conditions in any way, especially if it has content considered offensive or defamatory, constitutes unfair competition, violates the rights of intellectual property of a third party or is contrary to good practices, which acts to the detriment of the Supplier, or in any other way violates any legal provision. The provider can intervene on the content of the ad, to correct it, without changing the initial meaning. Also, the Provider reserves the right to suspend, modify, add or delete other portions of the Website content at any time. The Provider has the right to delete any Announcement or to block the accounts if there is a suspicion that through the published Announcements or the created accounts, damages have been or may be caused to the security of the activities of other Users of the service. Also, if the Announcement negatively affects the Supplier’s reputation or is in any other way harmful to the Supplier.
The Supplier declares that it is the owner of all intellectual property rights in connection with the Website, apart from the Announcements published on the Website by the Users, regarding which the Users grant the Supplier a non-exclusive right to use and make available to the public under the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. The provider does not assume any responsibility for the content or veracity of the published Announcements. The supplier does not guarantee in any way and in any measure for the quality, quantity, availability or any other aspects of the Products described in the Ads. According to the legislation in force, the Provider has the obligation to immediately inform the competent public authorities about the apparently illegal activities carried out by the recipients of its services or about the apparently illegal information provided by the Website Users. scissorlift-forsale.co.uk will be able to carry out tests and statistical analyzes in order to optimize and streamline the policies practiced and in order to objectively and non-discriminatoryly improve the activity of scissorlift-forsale.co.uk and the experience of the Users, without scissorlift-forsale.co.uk having the obligation to inform Users about the performance of tests or their results. Any User who does not wish to be part of the group of Users who randomly end up participating in these tests or any other User who considers that he is disadvantaged by such an initiative, has the right to request clarifications regarding his status, following scissorlift-forsale.co.uk to do all the diligence to regulate the reported situation, as long as the User’s request proves to be justified.
6. Rights and Obligations of the User
The user has the right to fully benefit from the Services, as long as there is no violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The User assumes responsibility for the content of the published Announcements and declares that they correspond to the real and legal status of the Product that is the subject of the Announcement and that it does not infringe the rights of the Supplier and/or third parties. The user declares on his own responsibility that he is the owner of all intellectual property rights, including copyrights regarding the published content, including photos, and agrees that it will be made available to the public by the Provider on all and any of its online platforms, and through other means, such as: press releases, television, banners, billboards and the Internet. By filling out the form and/or sending the Announcement by other means to the Provider to make it available to the public through the Website, the User declares that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees with the Terms and Conditions. Apart from the information related to his own Announcement, the User is strictly forbidden to take any information from the Website for total or partial republication in any form, without the written consent of the Provider in this regard. If multiple accounts belonging to the same User are identified, scissorlift-forsale.co.uk will have the unrestricted right to delete them. At the same time, scissorlift-forsale.co.uk will have the right to take additional measures such as deleting the Ads and restricting access to the Website services against Users who make use of such practices. Users are prohibited from publishing multiple Ads regarding the same Product (when the Product concerns a specific service that can be sold according to the law and that does not violate the limits imposed by these Terms and Conditions) for a single geographical area (e.g. city or county) in the purpose of increasing the visibility of the Product. scissorlift-forsale.co.uk reserves the right to carry out checks to identify multiple Ads regarding the same Product, using the e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and IP addresses entered by the Users. On the other hand, considering the specifics of the activity, a User is allowed to publish a separate Announcement regarding the same Product for different geographical areas (e.g. the same Announcement for a single Product regarding a service that can be provided in five different cities).

At the moment, being a site under construction and at the beginning of the journey, the ads are free.
